We are looking for an attorney (f/m/x) with excellent legal expertise and a keen interest in business administration to join our team in the Corporate / M&A department.

Part-/Full-time, with immediate effect

We are a law firm primarily active in business law and are looking for a dedicated legal assistant (f/m/x), for 20 to 40 hours/week.

Do you appreciate responsible and independent work in a team based on partnership?

Your tasks:

• Writing from dictation
• Filing of pleadings in Web-ERV
• Deadline and file management
• Preparation of bills of quantities and court cost notes
• Correspondence with clients and authorities in writing and by telephone
• General secretarial tasks

Your requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in a law firm or notary's office
• Good computer skills (especially Advokat or jurXpert software)
• Independent and accurate way of working
• Responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure
• Good appearance and correct manners
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Re-entrants welcome!
